Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship world-wide. Depending on location will determine how much shipping costs and takes.

How long will my order take?

Every Wild Hummingbird piece is printed especially for you once your order is placed.

This helps reduce waste and means we're only creating what people genuinely love.

Please allow:

2–5 business days for production
2–6 business days for metro Australian delivery
3–8 business days for regional areas

You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Any current shipping promotions will also be applied automatically at checkout.

Where are your tees made?

Our designs are created on the Mornington Peninsula and printed in Australia using premium AS Colour organic cotton garments through our trusted Australian production partner.

What are your tees made from?

Our tees are made from:

100% Organic Combed Cotton
220 GSM premium fabric
Pre-shrunk to minimise shrinkage
Soft yet durable everyday feel

They're designed to become your favourite everyday tee.

Are your products sustainable?

Yes.

We print every item to order rather than producing large amounts of stock that may never be worn.

Printing on demand helps reduce waste and unnecessary overproduction while allowing us to continually create new designs without excess inventory.

Are your garments ethically produced?

Absolutely.

We choose premium garments from suppliers committed to ethical manufacturing practices and work with Australian printing partners who share our commitment to quality and responsible production.

Sizing

How do your tees fit?

Our tees have a regular unisex fit.

If you love a classic everyday fit, choose your usual size.

If you prefer an oversized look, we recommend sizing up one or two sizes.

I'm between sizes. What do you recommend?

If you're unsure, we'd usually suggest sizing up for a relaxed everyday fit.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Because every tee is printed especially for you, we aren't able to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

However, if your item arrives:

damaged
faulty
misprinted
or incorrect

please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please email us with:

your order number
a brief description
clear photos of the issue

We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Caring for Your Tee

How should I wash my tee?

To keep your tee looking its best:

✔ Cold machine wash

✔ Wash inside out

✔ Gentle detergent

✔ Line dry in the shade

✔ Warm iron inside out if needed

Avoid bleach, ironing directly over the print and high heat tumble drying.
