If something isn't right, we'll always do our best to help.

Because each item is printed especially for you, we can't offer returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Simply deciding you no longer want the item

However, if your order arrives:

• damaged
• faulty
• misprinted
• incorrect

please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include:

• your order number
• photos of the issue
• a brief description

We'll work quickly to organise a replacement or refund where appropriate.
